Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this site or buy THE WALK-UP, and how it's used. The seller is dkdannyy ("we"). Contact: danielkerenr@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

• When you buy: Payhip, our checkout and delivery provider, collects your name, email address, billing country and order details to process your purchase, send your receipt, deliver your files, and give course buyers a login. Payments are processed by Payhip's payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). We never see or store your full card details.
• When you visit the site: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and pages viewed in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you personally. Our site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site securely.
• When you email us: we keep your message and email address to answer you.
• Course trailer videos: if you play an embedded video, the video host (YouTube or Vimeo) may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails if you opt in at checkout. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run the store (Payhip, its payment processors, Cloudflare), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for delivery, support, accounting and legal requirements. Support emails are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to danielkerenr@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have further rights under local law, and we'll honor them.

Age

This site and its products are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top.
