These terms apply when you buy THE WALK-UP ebook, video course or bundle from dkdannyy ("we"). By buying, you agree to them.
The products
- Ebook ($19.99): a PDF ebook, a companion workbook PDF and a READ-ME file, delivered as a download.
- Video course ($49.99): video lessons watched in Payhip's online course player with your own login.
- Bundle ($54.99): the ebook and the video course together.
Prices are in US dollars and charged once. There's no subscription. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
Age
You must be 18 or older to buy.
Delivery and access
Downloads are delivered right after payment through Payhip's download page and receipt email. Course access is provided through your Payhip login. We keep course access available for as long as we offer the course through Payhip. If we ever stop offering it, we'll give buyers reasonable notice so they can finish it.
Your license
You get a personal, non-transferable license to read, watch and print the materials for your own use. You may not share, resell, upload, redistribute or publicly post the files, videos or your login, in whole or in part.
Educational content, no guaranteed results
THE WALK-UP is educational material about communication. It doesn't guarantee any outcome, including dates or anyone's interest, and it isn't therapy, medical, or professional advice. You're responsible for how you use it, including respecting other people's boundaries, consent and the law.
Refunds

Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
